Everyone wants a beautiful wedding, and for it to be perfect! My bridesmaids are paying for their own dresses, shoes, hair and make-up! So don't feel bad that you are not paying for them! We went shopping together, worked out a budget and stuck to it, we have beautiful dresses for them, they are using shoes that they already had, and we found a cheap hair and make-up artist for the wedding day.
She was thinking about using angel wedding dress to order her dress. Their dresses are around the $400 mark, which is far cheaper than bridal shops. Are these dresses legitimate? Has anyone ordered a dress from angel wedding dress before? If so how was your experience with dealing with them and would you recommend them? I chose an a-line dress which looks good on all body types. Be sure that what you order is something you'll look good in. $400 still isn't cheap. Check bib online to check out the website.
I just received my own wedding dress which I purchased online. The site is angel wedding dress which is based in China. They have heaps of picas of dresses they can make for you but they also do custom dresses just from photos. I had a custom dress made & it cost me $660 including postage (the original dress in the shop was $2800). It's a good idea for your partner to find the dress she wants first in a shop so she knows it will suit her as they won't refund if it's made with her custom measurements.
a beach might be a bit hard because you would have to rent it out...so no other people can just crash it...you could try a forest preserve with a little cottage in it for the reception, or a elegant and homely touch with a backyard wedding (which always turn out adorable in my opinion) you can also try getting married on boats! Like gather up your friends who own boats and you urn hubby and the people in the wedding get in the same boat as you, and everyone else can follow!
I will tell you that if you are creative and can do allot of DIY stuff, do it because it will also help save money. I would just sit down and see what's important to me the most and go from there and see what can be done with your wishes for your wedding on a budget.
