You might want to help younger children with this part so that you get a well shaped heart. Next cut the tissue paper into one inch squares.

Draw a second heart in the middle of the heart shaped piece of construction paper. Now outline and fill this heart with the craft glue. Wad up pieces of the white tissue paper and glue it onto the glue. When this is done spread glue onto the rest of the construction paper and do the same with the pink tissue.
