Jim Carrey Becomes A Comedy Legend

Almost everybody must have known Jim Carey. For those who don't, he is the funniest comedian and actor at present. Many enjoy watching his movies being most are comedy films. Jim Carrey is a multi-millionaire and people love him for his wonderful personality.

However, funs find it difficult to choose the title of his best performance. He has worked on so many movies with so many known actors and directors; many of his performance worthy of praise.

His first two films that propelled him to stardom were "The Mask" and "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective". His roles in these comedies distinguished him from the rest as a unique comedian whom no one could copy.

These two films made Jim Carey very popular and famous. He was able establish a name in these movies . He has also many successful movies after these two films and always place him from where he is, - on top of the entertainment.

Dumb and Dumber was his next film. This is also a good movie and this again undeniably contributed great success in his career. His name in this movie is Lloyd Christmas who plays a role a lovable dimwit who was also with a friend, starred by Jeff Daniels, chased his dream woman in another country.

His follow-up movies "Me, Myself, and I", "Irene", and "Cable Guy" did not do as well as his previous movies. Still, they attracted a considerable following.

After the lacklustre performance in the box office, he moved to a different role, one that was more serious such as Man on the Moon and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. His performance earned him the respect by the critics in Hollywood.

To date, Jim Carrey has filmed more than twenty movies. Fans of Jim Carrey will find it hard to select which of these are the best since each film portrays distinctive characters that only Carrey can put to life on screen. For sure, though, people will have their own personal favorites and swear these movies are the best of the bunch.
